Age 48 – returned as a jogger
Age 50ish – ran 1:45 half marathon
Age 55 – 1:32 half marathons, 1st Place Overall Ely Cave Lake half marathon (1:36 at 8,000 feet)
Age 60 – 17:49 5k (world class but didn’t know it for nearly 5 years)
Age 65 (current) – 3rd USATF Masters Championships 1,500 meters, 2nd USATF Pacific Region Masters Championships 800m and 1,500m, 1st Male overall Formidable 13k, Folsom Lake 5k 1st over 60 (5th overall), Heart n Sole 5k 1st over 60 (2nd overall), Polio Purple 5k(1st over 60 (4th overall).
